Hello
My name is Kinga. I’m a passionate interior designer, and can’t wait to share what I love with you. Creating dream spaces for others, and all things art, design, and decorating is what drives me. My goal is to make a positive change in people’s lives through quality designs, and sharing my tips and tricks along the way.

A space is like a blank canvas, where I consider composition, form, and all the principles of art and design. I look to nature for inspiration and use a creative, artistic approach to adapt to the needs of each client. I believe that in an evolving world design should stand the test of time. Residential interior design is my true passion and is the largest part of the work I do.
I want to share my skills and passions beyond just my clients, and this is the place where I can! Good design and creating a home you love shouldn’t be exclusive to those who can or want to hire a designer. I created the blog to help with just that, where I share all things interior design, home decorating, and DIY projects.
About Me
My partner and I live in a mid century home in Central Alberta, Canada. It is definitely a fixer upper and we have worked on so many renovation projects over the years, by ourselves, one room at a time.
I have a dedicated room in the house for crafting. If I could I would spend hours and days just making diy home decor. I also enjoy refinishing furniture.
I graduated from OCADU in 2015, majoring in Environmental Design and minoring in Furniture Design. Environmental Design has three areas of focus: Architecture, Interior Environments, and Landscape/Urbanism. Since then, I’ve been working in interior design and related fields.
In high school I won an award for visual art, which is where my true love for art began. I’m a painter and love documenting Canadian landscapes through acrylic on canvas, and sometimes watercolour.
Fun Facts
I love getting out into the mountains, or any nature really. It’s where I find true inspiration. I love hiking, camping, and the fresh air.
I can swim 800 meters in less than 13 minutes, I love to swim.
I love all the seasons (especially fall), even our freezing winters. What other choice do we have if we want to live in Canada? Skiing helps.
